科学发展观是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,它的提出与实践,是因为它能够为解决我国当前发展中的问题提供一种有效的途径与方法,即科学发展观本身既是一种目标导向,同时也具有方法论的意义。从这个角度看,科学发展观不仅对我们解决当前政治经济社会发展问题具有重大的理论价值,而且对于我国当前的领导能力建设具有重要的实践意义。因此,将科学发展观引入领导能力建设的思考框架,不仅是可行的而且是必要的。
The scientific concept of development is a concentrated manifestation of Marxism’s world outlook and methodology on development. Its proposition and practice are that it can provide an effective way and method to solve the current developing problems in our country. That is, the scientific concept of development itself is both a Goal-oriented, but also has the methodological significance. From this point of view, the scientific concept of development not only has great theoretical value for us to solve the current political, economic and social development issues, but also has an important practical significance for our current leadership construction. Therefore, it is not only feasible but necessary to introduce the scientific concept of development into the framework of thinking on leadership building.
