摘要 从水华暴发区域分离筛选出一株溶藻效果稳定的菌株RZ1,革兰氏染色试验表明,该菌株是革兰氏阳性菌;溶藻特性试验结果表明,该溶藻细菌的溶藻效应与菌液添加量、pH值以及光照条件密切相关,其最佳溶藻条件为菌藻体积比1∶5,光周期,pH值为8。
