目的综述抗肝病毒药物药物代谢动力学研究发展。方法参阅近十年国内外文献,将抗肝病毒药物按来源分类分为化学药物、生物制剂以及传统中药,分析、总结和归纳了各类抗肝病毒药物的药物代谢动力学研究成果。结果以抗乙肝病毒(HBV)治疗药物为例,揭示出各类药物在肝炎患者体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄(ADME)过程的特征。结论在概述抗肝病毒药物的药物代谢动力学特征基础上对未来抗肝病毒药物的发展趋势进行展望,为今后抗肝病毒药物的研究与应用提供必要的参考。
Objective To summarize the development of pharmacokinetics of anti-hepatoviral drugs. Methods Refer to the domestic and foreign literatures in recent ten years, classify the anti-hepatoviral drugs into chemical drugs, biological agents and traditional Chinese medicines according to their sources, and summarize and summarize the pharmacokinetic research results of various anti-hepatoviral drugs. Results The anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV) treatment was used as an example to reveal the characteristics of various drug absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) processes in hepatitis patients. Conclusion Based on the summary of the pharmacokinetic characteristics of anti-hepatoviral drugs, the future development trend of anti-hepatoviral drugs is prospected, which will provide the necessary reference for the future research and application of anti-hepatoviral drugs.
