目的使用金黄色葡萄球菌显色培养基检测150例临床样本,为金黄色葡萄球菌显色培养基对临床样本快速检测方法提供依据。方法选取2015年7月至2016年7月间150例临床送检样本作为研究对象,对收集的150例样本患者资料进行统计学、流行病学分析。使用金葡菌显色培养基进行检测,进行镜检和血浆凝固酶试验,最后用VITEK-2鉴定系统(法国生物梅里埃公司)鉴定。结果在150例样本中,检测到金黄色葡萄球菌的患者例数为83例。将血浆凝固酶验证试验与金黄色葡萄球菌显色培养基方法所得结果进行比较,两者的相符率均为100%。将VITEK-2鉴定系统(法国生物梅里埃公司)鉴定与金黄色葡萄球菌显色培养基方法所得结果进行比较,相符率为98.8%。结论金黄色葡萄球菌显色培养基检测方法灵敏度和特异性均较高,极大提高了微生物检测的效率,在临床、环境和食品检测具有较大的应用价值。
Objective To detect 150 clinical samples using Staphylococcus aureus medium to provide a basis for the rapid detection of clinical samples by Staphylococcus aureus medium. Methods A total of 150 clinical samples from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects. The data of 150 collected samples were analyzed statistically and epidemiologically. Staphylococcus aureus chromogenic medium for detection, microscopic examination and plasma coagulase test, and finally with the VITEK-2 identification system (France Biomedical Inc.) identification. Results In 150 samples, the number of patients detected Staphylococcus aureus was 83 cases. The plasma coagulase validation test and Staphylococcus aureus chromogenic medium results obtained by the comparison, the coincidence rate of both were 100%. The results obtained from the VITEK-2 authentication system (BioMerieux, France) and the Staphylococcus aureus chromogenic medium method were compared, with a rate of 98.8%. Conclusion The detection method of Staphylococcus aureus color medium has high sensitivity and specificity, greatly improving the efficiency of microbial detection, and has great value in clinical, environmental and food testing.
