一梯三户形式仍然被我们经常采用。它具有节约楼梯造价、建筑面宽小、节约用地的优点。由于它住户量不大,户间干扰小,也为住户和建设单位所乐于接受。过去,经常采用的五开间一梯三户住宅,包括现在比较流行的点式一梯三户,都尚存在着许多不足之处。如占用南向做厨房、厕所,分户门关闭使室内通风不畅等。在炎热地区这一问题尤显突出。较常采用的一梯三户平面形式见图1、图2。为了重点解决好这一问题,我在本校东
