基于Mie理论的激光散射技术对碳烟颗粒大小及密度作了测定。测量分模拟试验和发动机台架试验两部分。由排气碳烟所测得的归一化散射强度,与波许烟度单位相比较,两者具有线性关系。在发动机台架试验中,测定了气缸内的碳烟颗粒密度。本文还对散射技术得出的碳烟微粒平均直径(约为3000埃)的结论与扫描电子显微镜拍摄的照片作了比较。
The size and density of soot particles were determined by laser light scattering based on Mie theory. Measured sub-simulation test and engine bench test two parts. The normalized scattering intensity measured by the exhaust soot has a linear relationship with the wave smoke units. In the engine bench test, the soot particle density in the cylinder was measured. The paper also compares the conclusions of the average diameter of soot particles (about 3000 angstroms) obtained by the scattering technique with the photographs taken by a scanning electron microscope.
