以河鲀为实验对象,在其基础饲料中分别添加不同量(0.5%,1%,2%)的药性菌质(药用真菌和中草药双向固体发酵的产物),并与基础饲料组进行比较。试验期间,各试验组的水质基本一致,通过2个月的试验,并对各组个体进行碱性磷酸酶活力的测定,结果显示该药性菌质能够显著提高养殖河鲀个体的免疫力。用注射方法对各试验组个体进行不同浓度的嗜水单细胞菌的肌注感染,结果显示以2%试验组个体其抵抗力最强。可以看出,采用药性菌质能有效地促进河鲀个体的免疫力。因此,药性菌质适宜于作为饲料添加剂,应用在名优鱼种养殖上。
In this experiment, different concentrations (0.5%, 1%, 2%) of medicinal fungi (two-way solid fermentation products of medicinal fungi and Chinese herbs) were added to their basal diet and compared with the basal diet group . During the experiment, the water quality of each experimental group was basically the same. After 2 months of experiment, the activity of alkaline phosphatase in each group was measured. The results showed that the drug-resistant bacterial biomass could significantly improve the immunity of the individual. Injecting methods were used to infect Mycobacterium hydrophila with different concentration in each experimental group. The results showed that the resistance was the strongest in 2% test group. It can be seen that the use of drug-resistant bacteria can effectively promote the individual’s immunity. Therefore, the drug-resistant bacteria suitable as a feed additive, used in breeding of famous fish species.
