随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和改革开放的不断深入,所有制结构更加多元化,经济关系不断调整,利益格局变化深刻,劳动关系日趋复杂,劳动争议日益增多,侵犯职工合法权益的现象时有发生。面对新形势和新问题,工会组织如何履行维护职能,切实维护职工的合法权益?这是每一个工会工作者必须回答的问题。
