四川石油管理局于一九九三年十一月二日──七日在沪州市川南矿区举办了该局第六届烹调技术表演赛。 参加此次比赛的三十几位选手是从该局三十七个厂矿处所、机关、宾馆、院校的三千三百多名厨师中推选出来的新手。根据这届比赛的“菜篮子工程”规定的品种,选手们创新出不少好的菜品,体现了较强的应变能力。比如:川西南矿区彭国民同志创制的“群鱼戏珠”、“兰花蝴蝶”,川南矿区张超君同志创制的“兰花鱿鱼”,峨嵋疗美院邹正辉的“葵花鸡茸”,川东开发公司赵国正的“三元鲜贝”,局机关张秀明制作的“蝴蝶戏花”,石油宾馆徐家祥制作的“珍珠贝串”等都颇具特色,显示出新手们的烹饪技术功底。
Sichuan Petroleum Administration held its 6th Cooking Technology Exhibition Match on November 7 - November 7, 1993 in the South Sichuan Mining Area, Huzhou City.
