电子天平的主要计量性能包括偏载误差和线性误差检定。电子天平具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、可靠性好、可维护性好、寿命长、故障自诊断能力强等特点。同时电子天平也存在不足:机构复杂、零部件多,导致整机性能不稳定,抗干扰能力较弱等,从而影响其偏载误差、线性误差等计量性能的稳定。随着电子天平长期使用,经常会出现很多故障。所以,需要对其进行必要的调修,以保证电子天平的测量准确度。
