本文较深入地分析了锅炉试验中空气烟气量的计算方法,为《电站锅炉试验规程(草案)》作了论证,文中首先讨论氧公式与氮公式的差异。氧公式与氮公式相比,将产生不超过1%的正偏差。关于固体不完全燃烧对空气烟气量计算的影响,规程草案与传统方法也有一定差异,计算结果的偏差不超过1%。文中还论证了忽略燃料含氮量的合理性。
This paper analyzes in depth the method of calculating the amount of air flue gas in boiler tests, and makes a demonstration for the “Test Procedure for Power Station Boilers”. The paper first discusses the differences between the oxygen formula and the nitrogen formula. The oxygen formula will produce positive deviations of no more than 1% compared to the nitrogen formula. With regard to the influence of incomplete combustion of solid on the calculation of air flue gas, the draft protocol has some differences from the traditional method, and the deviation of calculation results does not exceed 1%. The article also demonstrates the rationality of ignoring the nitrogen content of fuel.
