采用菌丝生长速率法测定了7种不同杀菌剂对降香黄檀和油茶炭疽病菌的室内毒力效果。结果表明,98%溴菌腈对降香黄檀和油茶炭疽病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,EC50值分别为0.019 5 mg/m L和0.001 1 mg/m L;其次是97%吡唑醚菌酯和96.8%苯醚甲环唑;81%氨基寡糖素在供试浓度下几乎无任何抑制活性。
The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the indoor toxic effects of seven different fungicides on Rhodiola rosea and Camellia oleifera. The results showed that 98% bromocriptine had the strongest inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of anthracnose, and EC50 values were 0.019 5 mg / m L and 0.001 1 mg / m L, respectively, followed by 97% pyrazole Kresoxim-methyl and 96.8% difenoconazole; 81% amino-oligosaccharides showed almost no inhibitory activity at the concentrations tested.
