分娩镇痛技术服务中心是在医疗技术的不断改进,人民群众的医疗需求不断提高的形势下产生的新生事物。分娩镇痛技术服务中心组织架构的建设决定了其所能提供的技术服务的质量。本文以我院建立分娩镇痛技术服务中心的经验为基础,阐述了分娩镇痛技术服务中心组织架构建设的思路,总结组织架构建设过程中的经验教训,提出对分娩镇痛技术服务中心未来发展的瞻望。
