目的探讨硝酸甘油联合丹参川芎嗪治疗心绞痛的实际临床效果,已达到提高治疗水平的目的,以便更好的应用到临床实践中。方法选取我院从2013年11月至2015年4月接诊的60例心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机将心绞痛患者分为观察组和对照组,两组各30例,对对照组心绞痛患者实施常规的进行治疗,对观察组患者在使用硝酸甘油进行治疗的基础上,联合丹参川穹嗪进行治疗。比较两组心绞痛患者,治疗一段时间后心电图改善的情况、症状改善等实际临床效果。结果通过研究我们可以发现观察组患者治疗效果的总有效率为93.3%,对照组患者治疗效果总的有效率为76.6%,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组;观察组患者心电图疗效总有效率为86.7%,对照组患者心电图疗效总的有效率为66.7%,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组;观察组患者对治疗的满意度为100%,对照组患者对治疗的满意度为83.3%,观察组患者的满意明显高于对照组。差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过临床检测可知:对心绞痛患者在在使用硝酸甘油进行治疗的基础上,联合丹参川穹嗪进行治疗在临床上具有重要价值,不仅可以促进患者的康复,能够显著促进心电图改善。因此在临床上具有重要的推广价值。 Objective To investigate the actual clinical effect of nitroglycerin combined with ligustrazine tetramethylpyrazine in the treatment of angina pectoris, which has reached the goal of improving the treatment level so as to be better applied to clinical practice.
