国内某钢厂265 m2烧结机脱硫系统进行了TR-AGSY脱硫增效剂中试应用,结果表明:该脱硫增效剂节能增效效果显著。通过加入该增效剂能够加快石灰石溶解,提高石灰石利用率,使石膏中碳酸钙含量由7.78%降至5.93%;能够强化气液传质,提高脱硫效率,使脱硫效率在入口SO2浓度3 000~4 000 mg/m3的条件下由96.7%提升至99.3%;能够加快氧化与结晶速率,石膏含水率可由16.97%降低至12.76%;可减少循环泵使用个数,显著节省电耗,估算年可节约电费234万~264.6万元。使用脱硫增效剂可带来显著环境效益和经济效益。
