有人认为,目前我国人口膨胀的现状,应归咎于毛泽东人口思想的错误,因而对其持否定态度。这是违背事实的。对毛泽东同志关于人口问题的论述应该全面、准确地理解,不可只持一端。 毛泽东关于人口问题的论述是马克思主义人口理 论在我国的运用和发展。 马克思主义认为,社会是物质资料生产和人类自身生产的统一,这两种生产构成了社会历史发展的决定性因素。
Some people think that at present the current situation of the population expansion in our country should be attributed to Mao Zedong’s wrong thinking of the population, and thus hold a negative attitude toward it. This is against the facts. Comrade Mao Zedong’s exposition on the issue of population should be comprehensively and accurately understood, and one can not hold the other. Mao Zedong’s discussion on population issues is the application and development of Marxist population theory in our country. Marxism holds that society is the unification of the production of material data and the production of mankind itself, and that these two kinds of production constitute the decisive factor in the development of social history.
