小细胞肺癌(small cell carcinoma of the Lung SCCL)的发生率占所有肺癌发生率的20～25％。它具有特殊的生物学特性,从而其治疗方法也与其他类型肺癌迥异,综合治疗已取得初步成果,是当前引入瞩目的研究课题。本文就新近国外治疗SCCL的现状作一综述。
The incidence of small cell carcinoma of the Lung SCCL accounts for 20 to 25% of all lung cancers. It has special biological characteristics, and thus its treatment is also different from other types of lung cancer. Comprehensive treatment has achieved initial results and is currently the subject of attention. This article reviews the current status of recent foreign treatment of SCCL.
