为获取临床猪→人异种胰腺移植的基础资料 ,分别采用植物凝集素 BSIB4、健康人血清、人类血型抗原 A、B、H物质单克隆抗体免疫组化法检测 1 0头内江猪胰腺组织中异种移植抗原的表达。结果显示 :内江猪胰腺组织中血管内皮、导管上皮细胞表达α- Gal;部分胰岛细胞、胰腺外分泌细胞和所有导管上皮细胞均表达人类血型 A抗原。结论 :人体内存在抗内江猪胰腺组织部分细胞的天然抗体 ;内江猪胰腺组织异种移植抗原的表达情况有可能与已报道的其它猪种不同
In order to obtain the basic data of clinical pig → human xenotransplanted pancreas, we detected the content of xenografts in 10 pancreas tissues of Neijiang pigs by immunohistochemistry with lectin BSIB4, healthy human serum, human blood group A, B and H monoclonal antibodies Transplantation antigen expression. The results showed that α-Gal was expressed in vascular endothelial and ductal epithelial cells in Neijiang porcine pancreas, and some human islet cells, pancreatic exocrine cells and all ductal epithelial cells expressed human blood group A antigen. CONCLUSION: The human body has natural antibodies against some cells in the pancreas of Neijiang pigs. The expression of xenograft antigens in the pancreas tissue of Neijiang pigs may be different from those reported in other pig breeds
