目的 观察前列腺素E_1脂微球制剂(Lipo PGE_1)治疗慢性重型肝炎60例临床疗效。方法 本院2000年12月至2001年11月收治的慢性重型肝炎120例,随机分为Lipo PGE_1治疗组60例和对照组(综合治疗组)60例。治疗组为Lipo PGE_120μg静滴,每日一次,连续4周,观察疗效。结果 治疗组对慢重肝早中期肝功能(ALT、TBIL、CHE)疗效明显优于对照组,但晚期组两者疗效无显著差异。结论Lipo PGE_1治疗慢性重型肝炎宜尽早使用,越早效果越好,为治疗重型肝炎提供新的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lipo PGE 1 in the treatment of 60 cases of chronic severe hepatitis. Methods 120 cases of chronic severe hepatitis treated in our hospital from December 2000 to November 2001 were randomly divided into Lipo PGE 1 treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The treatment group was Lipo PGE_120μg intravenously once a day for 4 weeks to observe the curative effect. Results The efficacy of liver function (ALT, TBIL, CHE) in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. However, there was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups. Conclusions Lipo PGE - 1 should be used as early as possible in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis, the sooner the better, and the new treatment for severe hepatitis.
