用模糊综合评判法评估教学质量,是在准确获取有关原始数据资料的基础上,运用模糊数学的综合评判法求得对一个教师教学质量的全面评价。它比传统方法更好地反映出对一个教师教学质量的综合评价,也有利于发现工作中存在的问题和横向间比较。因此,应是一种更为适宜的评价方法。进行模糊综合评判分析要应用以下三个要素:(1)因素集,即测评项目,U={u_1,u_2…u_n};(2)评语集,即评定等级,V=(v_1,v_2…v_n);(3)单因素评价,即对各测评项目的模糊评价。利用单因素评价构成一
