高分子胺在有机溶剂中用来从酸溶液中萃取金属酸基络合物。综述研究了胺类萃取的理论问题,并列举这方面的基本工作。发表了一些用高分子胺从混合无机酸溶液中和盐酸溶液中萃取铌与钽的文献。用5%甲基二辛胺的二甲苯溶液从8MHCl 中萃取了近99%铌和1%钽。用8%三辛胺的氯仿溶液或二氯甲烷溶液从11MHCl 中萃取铌与钽时,达到铌与铌的完全分离。在这些文献中,仅列举出用有限数目的胺进行的实验结果,而未作必要的讨论。没有关于被萃取化合物的组成和稳定性的资料,各种非水溶剂《添加物》对铌与钽的萃取率的影响问题也未研究。
Polymer amines are used in organic solvents to extract metal acid-based complexes from acid solutions. Summarizes the theoretical problems of amine extraction, and lists the basic work in this area. A number of articles have been published on the extraction of niobium and tantalum from mixed inorganic acid solutions and hydrochloric acid solutions using polymeric amines. Approximately 99% niobium and 1% tantalum were extracted from 8M HCl with 5% methyldioctylamine in xylene. The complete separation of niobium and niobium is achieved when niobium and tantalum are extracted from 11M HCl with 8% TCA in chloroform or methylene chloride. In these documents, only the experimental results with a limited number of amines are cited without necessary discussion. No information is available on the composition and stability of the extracted compounds. The effect of various non-aqueous solvent “additives” on the extraction rates of niobium and tantalum has not been investigated.
