分析影响齿轮和销轴盐浴氮碳共渗后畸变的因素。通过盐浴氮碳共渗试验,发现盐浴中氰酸根(CNO-)含量的变化造成渗层组织的不同,引起零件尺寸的变化。把CNO-的含量控制在限定范围内,可以有效控制畸变。
Analysis of the factors affecting the distortion after gear and pin salt bath nitrocarburizing.
