通过观察受照大鼠口服蜂花粉后外周血白细胞(PWBC)总数,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)总活性及脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平的变化来评价蜂花粉对中度骨髓型急性放射病的疗效程度。实验结果表明,蜂花粉具有显著促进受照大鼠辐射损伤的恢复作用:(1)刺激机体PWBC的增殖。口服蜂花粉的大鼠30d后,与正常对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)增强机体消除活性自由基的抗氧化效应。服用蜂花粉的大鼠30d后,血清SOD总活性增高率为6.48%,血清LPO(MDA/POV)的水平降低率为54.73%/21.60%。提示在急性放射
