84年我们初步研制了一种以海洋酵母为蛋白源的对虾幼体配合饵料,并用以开展小水体培育虾苗的试验。之后又改进了配方,进行了多次实验性育苗和生产性育苗试验。实验结果证明,使用我们研制的配合饵料培育长毛对虾幼体已得到如下几方面结果:1、使用配合饵料,在水温24—26℃的条件下,完成Z_1期到P_1期的幼体变态需九天时间。2、育苗率可达70%以上且苗体健壮活泼。3、若自M_1期起搭配轮虫、丰年虫,育苗率和苗体建康状况均有提高。4、育一万尾虾苗需饵料费0.20元。
In 84 years, we initially developed a marine yeast as a protein source of prawn larvae with bait, and used to carry out small water culture of shrimp experiments. After that, the formulation was improved and several experimental nursery and productive nursery experiments were conducted. The experimental results show that using the developed bait to cultivate the larvae of P. longibracteata has the following results: 1. It takes nine days to complete the larvae of Z_1 phase to P_1 under the conditions of water temperature of 24-26 ℃, . 2, nursery rate up to 70% and seedling body robust and lively. 3, if from the M_1 with rotifers, Artemia, seedling raising rate and health status have improved. 4, breeding 10,000 shrimp seedlings need to feed costs 0.20 yuan.
