道德教育可以促进学生对道德问题进行积极的思考,提高学生的道德认识和抗挫能力,并能健全学生人格,优化学生人际关系。为此,东苑小学师生集思广益,构建起以“悄悄话信箱”“金点子信箱”“德育新歌谣”等为重要载体的规范养成教育,充实学校德育资源、拓展德育空间、激活德育过程,为实施小学德育教育注入了新的方法手段,取得了显著成效。
