目的:检测急性髓性白血病( A M L)时骨髓基质细胞 I L6 分泌活性,并探讨其对 A M L增殖的作用.方法:我们选择了15 例 A M L患者及10 例正常对照者,应用体外骨髓基质细胞培养法及 I L6 生物活性检测法. I L6活性测定采用 I L6 依赖性细胞株 M H60,染色后在酶标仪上测定.结果: A M L骨髓基质细胞形成能力较差,但其 I L6 活性明显高于未添加组( P < 005).结论: A M L时骨髓基质细胞存在量和质的异常, I L3 可促进 I L6 的分泌, I L6 的异常分泌在 A M L的细胞增殖上可能起重要作用.“,”Objective:This papar was to examine the activity of interleukin 6(IL 6) in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and to explore its effect on the proliferation of AML. Methods:We selected 15 patients with AML and 10 normal subjects as control. Marrow stromal cells were cultured in vitro, wherefrom we detected the biologic activity of IL 6. We used IL 6 dependent MH 60 cell line and enzyme labeled machine after dyeing for the detection. Results:The forming ability was poor for bone marrow stromal cells in AML group. The activity of IL 6 was higher in the patients than that in the control (P<0.01). The IL 6 was more active in the group added with IL 3 than that with no IL 3 addition (P<0.05). Conclusion:AML showed both quantitive and qualitive abnormality in bone marrow stromal cells, IL 3 promoted secreting of IL 6.
