都市产业是服务于都市人生活的;以家具为龙头的家居产业被北京市政府规划为都市产业。北京的都市产业在中国加入WTO后.面临着越来越激烈的国际、国内竞争。近年来,为了适应都市人的需求和市场竞争的需要.北京家和家美家居市场有限公司积极整合市场业态、创新企业经营,经过一个时期的结构调整,创建了一批能更好满足都市人需求、具有较强市场竞争力的“大件店”、“大牌店”、“名店城”。本文将通过介绍家和家美打造“大件店”、“大牌店”、“名店城”新业态的做法,谈谈笔者对如何应对家居市场竞争的思考。
