开采复杂水文地质条件下的煤田,凿井时特别迫切需要找到有助于加块凿井速度、降低建井造价以及有利于改革采矿工程的有效防水方法。众所周知的注浆法、粘土止水法、沥青止水法、冻结法和降水法等防水方法向来都不能确保达到提出的目的,或者不经济。含水层的预堵水,使用水泥砂浆和聚合材料配制的胶泥最合理。这种方式的实质是:首先向孔穴内浇灌封闭大型裂隙的水泥砂浆,其次向小裂隙和小孔内渗透树脂胶泥。注浆和灌入树脂的配合用,能达到:1.用水泥砂浆填满大型裂隙和空穴;2.确保介质渗透的均匀性;3.降低采矿压力;4.化学固化的等速性;
In the mining of complex hydrogeological conditions in coal fields, there is an urgent need to find effective drainage methods that will help increase the rate of wellbore drilling, reduce well construction costs and facilitate the reform of mining engineering. The well-known methods of waterproofing, such as the grouting method, the clay water stop method, the asphalt water stop method, the freeze method, and the precipitation method, have never been able to ensure the intended purpose or are not economical. Pre-block aquifers, the use of cement mortar and polymer materials prepared the most reasonable clay.
