目的了解宝鸡市桶装饮用水卫生质量,为卫生监督、食品安全监管提供科学依据。方法 2013年5~8月对宝鸡市市售10家30个批次的桶装饮用水进行菌落总数、大肠菌群和铜绿假单胞菌检测。结果共检测30份桶装饮用水,不合格27份,不合格率为90.00%。菌落总数不合格27份,不合格率为90.00%;大肠菌群不合格12份,不合格率为40.00%;铜绿假单胞菌不合格11份,不合格率为36.67%。结论本地产桶装饮用水的合格率低,桶装饮用水卫生质量存在严重问题,应引起有关部门和厂家的高度重视,加强监督与管理。
Objective To understand the hygienic quality of barreled drinking water in Baoji City and provide a scientific basis for health supervision and food safety regulation. Methods From May to August 2013, the total number of colony, coliform group and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in 10 batches of 30 potable drinking water in Baoji City were tested. Results A total of 30 bottles of drinking water were tested, 27 were unqualified, with a failure rate of 90.00%. The total number of unacceptable colonies was 27, the unqualified rate was 90.00%. The unacceptable coliform bacteria were 12 and the unqualified rate was 40.00%. The unacceptable rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 11, the unqualified rate was 36.67%. Conclusions The qualified rate of locally-produced barreled drinking water is low, and the quality of bottled drinking water poses serious problems. It should arouse the attention of relevant departments and manufacturers and strengthen supervision and management.
