大学生党员是党员团队中的活跃力量,作为时代发展中的新鲜血液,高校大学生党员培育在高校思想政治工作中有着重要意义。近年来对大学生党员培养和教育越来越受到重视,大学生群体所具有的特殊性和独特优势,对加强大学生党员主体作用建设有很大帮助。在党员教育上,构建党员自我教育创新机制,积极探索发挥大学生党员主体作用的教育工作机制,结合教育教学实际,走适合教育实际发展的特色学生党建工作之路,提高大学生党员的思想认识和自我教育水平,形成独立自主自我完善的教育理念,为大学生党员教育提供更多实践理论依据和支持基础。
The college student party members are the active forces in the party team. As the fresh blood in the development of the times, the cultivation of the college student party members in colleges and universities is of great significance in the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation and education of college student party members. The uniqueness and unique advantages of the college student group are very helpful to strengthen the construction of college students’ party members. On the education of party members, we should set up an innovative mechanism for self-education among party members and actively explore the educational mechanism that gives full play to the role of Party members in college students.
