壁面约束对气固两相流中细长颗粒流化特性影响的数值研究

细长颗粒的循环流化在工业生产中具有非常广泛的应用,如生物质秸杆在循环流化床中的燃烧,烟丝存循环流化床中的干燥或加湿等.细长颗粒的流化特性受颗粒间撞及当地气场风速等因素的影响.文中根据刚体动力学及动量守恒定理,建立起颗粒一壁面碰撞三维数学模型,并采用此三维数学模犁研究了壁面约束效应对细长颗粒流化特性的影响.研究发现,壁面对提升管内壁面附近区域的细长颗粒的取向分布及浓度分布均有明显的影响,并且,取向分布随径向位置变化规律也受壁面约束影响.
