为说明钼锌及其联合作用对克山病心肌坏死的保护作用,本实验研究用基础饲料和基础饲料中分别补钼、锌及联合补钼锌饲养大鼠,并用亚硝酸钠造成心肌损伤。测定其血浆cAMP含量。确定了钼、锌及钼锌联合作用对缺氧性心肌损伤血浆cAMP含量变化的影响。证实了钼锌联合作用对心肌保护作用较单纯补钼、锌效果更为显著。
In order to elucidate the protective effect of molybdenum and zinc on Keshan’s myocardial necrosis, we used the basal diet and the basal diet to make rats supplemented with molybdenum, zinc and molybdenum supplemented with molybdenum respectively, and myocardial injury was induced by sodium nitrite.
