姚国瑾,字玉衡,号箪庐、槛上人、南沙居士等。1958年生,山西万荣人。1982年毕业于太原重型机械学院。现为中国书法家协会学术委员会委员,山西省书法家协会副主席,太原师范学院文学院书法系教授。主要书学著作有《中国书法全集·傅山卷》(副主编)、《书法鉴赏》(主编)等。论文有《晚清岭南学术与岭南书法》、《〈中国书法全集·傅山卷〉编撰札记》、《傅山〈天泉舞柏图〉赠与人考》、《傅山〈寿胡母朱硕人周礼君七十小叙〉略考》、《“晋人”辨》、《关于陕师大图书馆藏〈傅山杂诗稿册〉的真伪问题》、《傅山与顾炎武——清初遗民书家交游考之一》、《傅山临〈兰亭〉及其相关问题》、《〈傅青主先生墨迹小楷金刚经〉及其相关问题》、《关于傅山〈哭子诗〉中“从好”为傅山本名之推测》等。其中《晚清岭南学术与岭南书法》一文获第五届中国文联评论奖理论文章三等奖。
