中职院校的学生由于其成长的特殊性,往往表现出不同程度的偏差行为,难以接受他人意见,并可能为了反抗不同意见采取过激手段。而当前处理上述问题多为依赖家校合力。但家长的教育方式五花八门,不当的方式可能导致问题恶化。而学校在介入学生家庭时手段单一,效果苍白。那么是否能够将社会工作的方法融入到中职学校的家校联系中?本文针对学生家庭沟通受阻状况及社会工作融入中职家校联系的策略展开探究。
Due to the particularity of their growth, students in secondary vocational schools often exhibit different degrees of deviation, which are difficult to accept the opinions of others and may be over-radical in order to resist different opinions. The current treatment of these problems are mostly dependent on home and school together. However, parents have a wide range of education and improper ways of doing things can worsen the problem. However, when schools are involved in student families, they have a single means and the effect is pale. Then whether the method of social work can be integrated into the home-school school-school contact? In this paper, students are hindered by the family communication and social work into the secondary school home-school contact strategy to explore.
