通过对高校学术领域当前存在的腐败现象的表现及其产生的主要原因进行归纳和分析,阐述了在反学术腐败斗争中高校学报编辑应起的作用及应采取的对策。提出了高校学报编辑在编辑工作中应全面提高自身素质,加强道德修养建设,严格把好从编辑初审到稿件送审等各个阶段的审稿关,防止学术腐败现象的产生。
Through summarizing and analyzing the existing corrupt phenomena in the academic field of colleges and universities and the main causes of the corrupt phenomena, this paper expounds the role played by university editors in anti-academic corruption struggle and the countermeasures they should take. It puts forward that editors of university journals should comprehensively improve their own quality in the editing work, strengthen the construction of moral cultivation, strictly control the manuscripts from various stages, such as the first edition to the submission of manuscripts, so as to prevent the emergence of academic corruption.
