1.教学工作是一门培养人的艺术、教师的职责不仅是单纯的传授知识,而且应该着重于对能力的培养。在植物学课程的教学中常听到学生反映:“植物学难背,专有名词多……。”我想为什么植物学的学习要死记硬背呢?能不能使学生摆脱死记硬背,而让他们学到生动有趣的知识呢?虽然俗话说:“熟读唐诗三百首,不会吟诗也会吟。”但是学习植物学,即使能背得几百种植物的特征,也不一定能对得上号。所以,在植物学的教学中不仅要指导学生读书,还应培养学生的观察能力,并鼓励其创新精神,三者是有联系的,正确的学习方法和敏锐的观察能力相结合,才能产生创新的思路。
