目的阐明三峡建坝后水位的变化对长江安徽段江洲滩家畜及钉螺感染的影响。方法根据大通水文站及南京水文站建坝前后各典型年特征水位的变化值,以及江洲滩家畜上滩活动、家畜感染情况、滩地野粪污染、江洲滩钉螺及感染性钉螺分布的现况调查,推测三峡建坝后水位变化对家畜活动和感染以及滩地钉螺和感染性钉螺分布的影响。结果建坝后4、5月份耕牛活动带高程将上移0.5m 左右,秋季耕牛上滩活动时间将提前半个月至一个月,耕牛年上滩时间将延长,血吸虫病感染率将有所上升;滩地钉螺感染率及感染螺密度也将有所上升。结论三峡建坝后水位的变化将对江滩地区的血吸虫病流行产生一定的影响。
Objective To clarify the effect of water level changes after the Three Gorges Dam construction on the infection of livestock and snails in Jiangzhoutan of Anhui Province. Methods According to the change of characteristic water level in typical years before and after the construction of Datong Hydrographic Station and Nanjing Hydrological Station, and the investigation on the activities of livestock on the upper reaches of Jiangzhou Beach, the status of livestock infections, the pollution of beach and wild faeces, the status of snails and infective snails in Jiangzhou Beach The effect of water level changes after the Three Gorges Dam construction on the activities and infections of domestic animals and the distribution of Oncomelania snails and Infectious Oncomelania on the beachland was estimated. Results After the dam was built in April and May, the elevation of cattle activity belt will move up about 0.5m. In autumn, the activity of cattle on the beach will be half an month to one month ahead of schedule. The time of catching up on the beach will be prolonged. The infection rate of schistosomiasis Increased; the infection rate and density of snails on the beach will also increase. Conclusion The change of water level after the construction of the Three Gorges Project will have a certain impact on the prevalence of schistosomiasis in the riverside area.
