The economic development of the Far Eastern Economic Zone is by far still one of the most important issues in the study of regional national economy in the Soviet Union. Under such circumstances, people have come to realize more and more recently that the economic development in the Far East Economic Zone is likely to speed up the pace and ease the difficulty by means of the cooperation mode that places the region in the international division of labor in the Asia-Pacific region. This is partly due to the economic integration in the Pacific
