目前,我国正处于经济结构转型的关键时期,企业所面临的国际国内环境发生着巨大变化,企业如何在白热化的竞争中立于不败之地,这就需要进行企业家精神的践行。企业家的角色顺应着时代的召唤,发生了翻天覆地的变化,企业家精神对我国经济的提升也发挥着越来越大的作用,因此,对企业家精神的研究刻不容缓。本文基于我国经济结构转型下的宏观环境,探讨了我国企业家精神的现状,并分析了企业家精神在经济结构转型中的作用。
At present, our country is in a critical period of economic restructuring. The international and domestic environment that enterprises face has undergone tremendous changes. How enterprises can be invincible in the intense competition requires the practice of entrepreneurship. The entrepreneur’s role complies with the call of the times and has undergone tremendous changes. The entrepreneurial spirit also plays an increasingly important role in the promotion of China’s economy. Therefore, the research on entrepreneurship must be urgently impeached. Based on the macroeconomic environment under the transformation of China’s economic structure, this article explores the current situation of entrepreneurship in China and analyzes the role of entrepreneurship in the economic restructuring.
