去年5月,习近平总书记提出了“新常态”的重大战略判断,详细阐述了中国经济的新常态,明确了增速换挡、结构升级及创新驱动等三大特点。在此背景下,本文首先解读了高等职业教育的新常态以及高等职业资源配置的内涵,提出了高等职业教育资源优化配置的现实意义,并从“新常态”的视角来分析高等职业教育资源配置存在的一些问题,最后提出高等职业教育资源优化配置的几点对策建议。
Last May, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the major strategic judgment of “new normal” and elaborated on the new normal of China’s economy and clarified the three major features of speed-increasing shift, structural upgrading and innovation-driven. Against this background, this paper first interprets the new normal of higher vocational education and the connotation of the allocation of advanced vocational resources, puts forward the practical significance of optimizing the allocation of resources of higher vocational education and analyzes the higher vocational education from the perspective of “new normal ” Some problems existing in resource allocation, and finally put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the allocation of resources in higher vocational education.
