钛合金电解加工时,非加工部位易形成点蚀而影响表面质量。本文采用辅助阳极的方法,利用ANSYS有限元软件,通过电场分析和优化设计分析,对辅助阳极进行了形状和位置的设计。并用优化的辅助阳极对钛合金TC4进行了电化学试验。结果表明:采用白金材料制作的优化辅助阳极能彻底地消除非加工部位的点蚀,改善零件的表面质量,同时也验证了ANSYS优化结果的正确性及可靠性。
Titanium electrolytic machining, non-processing parts easy to form pitting and affect the surface quality. In this paper, the auxiliary anode method, the use of ANSYS finite element software, through the analysis of electric field and optimization design analysis of the auxiliary anode shape and location of the design. The electrochemical test of titanium alloy TC4 was carried out with an optimized auxiliary anode. The results show that the optimized auxiliary anode made of platinum can completely eliminate the pitting corrosion in non-machined parts and improve the surface quality of the parts. The correctness and reliability of ANSYS optimization results are also verified.
