军工国有资产是全民所有制国有资产的重要组成部分,也是深化国防科技工业改革的重要内容。目前的工作主要是:一方面,通过研究,进一步引起有关部门对此问题的重视,认识到“解决好国有资产保值、增值问题”不仅仅是职能部门的任务,也是各级领导的共同责任;另一方面是要逐步理出加强军工资产管理的思路,为深化改革提供可操作的方案。
The state assets of military industry are an important part of the state-owned assets owned by the whole people and an important part of deepening the reform of the national defense science and technology industry. The current work mainly includes: on the one hand, through research, we can further arouse the attention of relevant departments on this issue and realize that “solving the problem of preserving and increasing the value of state assets” is not only the task of the functional departments but also the common responsibility of leaders at all levels. On the other hand, it is necessary to gradually formulate the idea of strengthening the administration of military assets and provide an operational plan for deepening the reform.
