激光可通过柔软的光导纤维发放,因而可用于选择性心内膜消融术,但在活体内激光与搏动心脏间的相互作用了解甚少。本文研究激光对活体和离体心内膜在功能、心电图和形态学上的短期影响,并与电击消融术作比较。方法:杂种狗26条。经导管激光消融术采用钕镱铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光和石英纤维导管。后者直径为0.9mm,可置入于 F8心导管腔内,其顶端突出于导管未端1mm。经导管电击消融术采用F7双极导管,其远端贴于左室心内膜作阴极,左胸前置电极作阳极,由标准的体外除颤器供应电能。
Lasers can be delivered through soft optical fibers and can therefore be used for selective endocardial ablation, but little is known about the interaction between living and pulsating hearts. This paper investigates the short-term effects of laser on function, electrocardiogram, and morphology of living endocardium and isolated endocardium compared with electrocution ablation. Method: 26 hybrid dogs. Transcatheter laser ablation uses neodymium ytterbium aluminum garnet (Nd: YAG) laser and quartz fiber catheter. The latter diameter of 0.9mm, can be placed in the F8 cardiac catheterization, the top of the prominent catheter at the end of 1mm. Transcatheter ablation using F7 bipolar catheters, the distal end of the left ventricular endocardium for the cathode, the left chest front electrode for the anode, supplied by a standard external defibrillator power.
