The value of emergency care procedures and self-protection measures for emergency patients with organophosphate poisoning
【Abstract】Objective： To explore the value of emergency care procedures and self-protection measures for emergency patients with organophosphate poisoning. Methods： 116 patients with organophosphorus poisoning emergency were enrolled in this hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups of 58 patients. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group implemented emergency care procedures and self-protection measures to compare the first aid time of the two groups. Care satisfaction. Results： The rescue time of the rescue room in the observation group （18.12±3.46） min， the time of using the specific antidote （10.62±2.37） min and the observation time of the hospital （18.26±5.31） h were shorter than that of the control group （28.26±6.59）.
