一般机器上,都采用蜗线作为凸轮轮廓曲线。当凸轮以一定的角速度匀速旋转时,从动杆沿着它所在的直线按余弦规律往复运动,可以减小撞击力,故应用较多。修配或单件制造这种凸轮时,由于缺乏专用机床和专用装置,需在工件上绘出蜗线,然后按线铣削,既不准确又难于保证精度要求。现介绍一种专用划蜗线装置。这种划蜗线装置,使蜗线易于保证,制造简便,其结构如图所示。件2为定齿轮,其齿数、模数与动齿轮5相同。件4为划针,动齿轮
