通常立式离心机模子及其盖板锁合设计采用螺栓紧固。金属液通过盖板孔浇入,待铸件成型后,即用活络板手松开螺栓,提出盖板,取出铸件。这一过程由于铸件热量的辐射和传导,迫使工人弯腰,而且操作烫手。时因铸件热胀把盖板死死往上顶住,螺栓常常松不开,甚至断裂。无论是用套筒扳手或气动套筒扳手,都不能根本解决问题,有的单位甚至用空气压缩机作动力,很不经济。为了解决此问题,笔者前几年在设计此种模具时作了
