运用不同杂交方法,以3个茄子栽培品种“七叶茄”、“安长茄”及“徐紫茄”作亲本,与野生种“野茄”、“喀西茄”进行种间杂交,结果仅获得野茄/安长茄种间杂种。采用形态学比较和同工酶电泳分析方法对获得的种间杂种进行鉴定,结果发现种间杂种F1多数形态特征及同工酶谱带等性状表现为“偏母的互补型”
