“卓越法律人才培养计划”为我国高校的法学教育改革指明了方向,带来了机遇和挑战。当前,我国高校的法学教育存在很多问题,制约着卓越法律人才培养计划的实施。应该从卓越法律人才培养计划的内涵出发,剖析当前我国高校法学教育的现状,加强法律人才的实践能力培养,推动高校法学教育改革。
“Outstanding Legal Personnel Training Program ” pointed out the direction of law education reform in Chinese universities, bringing opportunities and challenges. At present, there are many problems in law education in colleges and universities in our country, restricting the implementation of the training program of outstanding legal talents. Based on the connotation of the excellent law talent training program, we should analyze the present situation of law education in colleges and universities in our country, strengthen the practical ability training of law professionals, and promote the legal education reform in colleges and universities.
