目的:探讨了醋酸、盐酸对电感耦合等离子体激发温度、电子密度的不同影响。方法:测定不同盐酸、醋酸浓度的激发温度、电子密度。结果:随着醋酸、盐酸浓度的增加,等离子体激发温度、电子密度随之降低。结论:醋酸、盐酸使等离子体激发温度、电子密度降低,醋酸比盐酸对等离子体激发温度、电子密度影响更显著。
Objective: To investigate the different effects of acetic acid and hydrochloric acid on the excitation temperature and electron density of inductively coupled plasma. Methods: Determination of different hydrochloric acid, acetic acid concentration of the excitation temperature, electron density. Results: With the increase of the concentration of acetic acid and hydrochloric acid, the electron density decreases with the excitation temperature of plasma. CONCLUSION: Acetic acid and hydrochloric acid decrease the plasma excitation temperature and electron density, and the influence of acetic acid on the plasma excitation temperature and electron density is more significant than that of hydrochloric acid.
