后浇带是现浇整体式钢筋混凝土结构施工期间,为了克服因温度、收缩而可能产生有害裂缝而设置的变形缝,经一定时效后再进行后浇封闭,形成整体结构。由于结构由后浇带连成整体,因此后浇带施工的质量与结构质量休戚相关。后浇带处往往断面大,钢筋密集,模板支设难度大,特别是杂物垃圾容易落入,清理十分困难,若清理不彻底将会影响结构质量。本文介绍在某工程中后浇带施工的构造措施。
The post-pouring belt is a deformation joint set up to overcome harmful cracks due to temperature and shrinkage during the construction of the cast-in-place monolithic reinforced concrete structure. After a certain period of time, the post-casting closure is performed to form the overall structure. Because the structure is integrated by the post-pouring belt, the quality of the post-pouring belt construction is closely related to the quality of the structure. The post-pouring zone often has a large section, dense steel bars, and difficulty in setting up the formwork. In particular, debris is likely to fall into the garbage and cleaning is very difficult. If the cleaning is not complete, the quality of the structure will be affected. This article describes the construction measures for post-pouring belt construction in a project.
